Casa Olivi


Casa Olivi ....the essence of beauty in simplicity  

Caviano-based studio Wespi de Meuron Architeckten has restored Casa Olivi as 300 years old located in Treia ,a town in the heart of Macerata in the central Marche ,Italy.The new Tuscany . Completed in 2010 almost four years of renovation .
The outside style has been preserved as the building protected by the Italian Cultural and Histroy Administration but the inside has been entrirely re-organised according to a luxuruous ,high comfortable and minimalist style .this beautiful 3350 square foot farmhouse now offers a 11 sleeps in five ensuite bedrooms. Casa Olivi can booked all year around from 4,200€ to 8,400€ per week depending on the season .

The villa presents design furniture from Italian ,Spanish and French designer ( Vitra ,Cassina ,Gandia Blasco ,Philippe Starck ...) as well as funiture desgined by Wespi de Meuron

Amazingly beautiful Gothic Office ...

 I adore  Helgerson work ,she and her team at JHID in Portland create spaces that somehow manage to be both welcoming glamorous .Her life in Europe and her travels in India ,Mexico Morocco, and the far East have strongly influenced her.

     If only all offices could be this cool ....it's a luxurious private office located in  an 1870s historic revival building downtown Portland.
